Meet Rose Hartoonian
Hello! I’m Rose Hartoonian, founder of HART CPR Training.
Healthcare and education have always been at the center of my life. As a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) and educator, I’ve spent years caring for patients, teaching future healthcare professionals, and helping people develop the confidence they need to succeed.
A Nurse’s Heart. A Teacher’s Passion. A Lifesaving Mission.
Throughout my nursing career, I’ve seen how quickly emergencies can happen. I’ve also seen the incredible difference that proper CPR training can make when someone has the knowledge and confidence to step forward.
Teaching became a natural extension of my passion for helping others. Whether I’m working with nurses, teachers, childcare providers, parents, or community members, I believe every student deserves an encouraging learning environment where they feel comfortable asking questions, practicing their skills, and building confidence.
That’s why I created HART CPR Training.

- HSI CPR & First Aid Instructor
- EMSA Pediatric First Aid & CPR Instructor
- Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Studies
- Educator with experience teaching healthcare professionals
- Mobile CPR Instructor serving Santa Clarita, Palmdale, Lancaster, and surrounding communities
